At Kingsward Group we have three CNC BLM bending machines. The newest of these is our BLM E-Turn which is a fully electric bending machine, with in process right and left bending and 3D graphic visual programming, ensuring quality results every time.

This machine allows us to stay ahead of our competition and provide an unbeatable tube bending service in terms of accuracy and cost savings to you. Benefits of the E-TURN include:

We are able to offer great flexibility in the shapes we can produce with tubular steel, thanks to the reduced dimension of the bending head and of the free bending and variable radius positioning our equipment allows. We are able to offer this greater flexibility time and time again, so whether you need us for a one-off limited run product or continual delivery of mass produced items, we can deliver every time.
